Thanks Lu2 Well right now I would be happy to start buying at these levels. Told a friend about this stock and he bought 300,000 shares at around .02 and plans on getting more. He tripled in a week or so and now sits at a double. I really hope it does drop to .02 again cuz that is where I'm buying more and wish I did last time.

Dilution is inevitable for CBIS and is NOT a bad thing. The two choices for the company's future are dilution versus dissolution (BK) because they really have very little cash and even their anticipated cash flow will NOT be anywhere near what they will need to go through FDA trials which even if on a quick path will take a while. SO, new money is the key to the company's future...There are a couple of exceptions which would NOT cause dilution: 1. A real Pharma partner seeking "rights". This would not cause stock dilution BUT would cause financial dilution since they will take their PIECE of the action for whatever they would pony up. 2. An overseas breakthrough where they could potentially (quickly) commercialize their product (e.g., Netherlands) without having to go through the same gyrations as they will with the FDA. Both of these options are long shots, but certainly possible...perhaps even in combination with an overseas Pharma partner.
